The original hot and cold stone treatment
A full body massage using warm volcanic basalt stones. Starting with a spinal layout and chakra placement of stones to anchor the body while you drift away during your massage, finishing with rituals of opening and closing of chakra, crystal spine circling and smudging with dried sage.
( This treatment can be intense for some and the effects can stay with you for up to 24 hours. Feeling out of sorts and sleepy after is normal )
